Power Protein Shake

 

Ingredients:

8 oz milk or water
1-2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup strawberries
1/4 cup blueberries
1/2 banana
6 carrots
handful of spinach
handful of kale
1/2 cucumber
1/2 stalk of celery

Blend well. Enjoy!

Makes 2 servings
